Our Services and their contents (excluding content provided by users) are owned by Humai and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a license to use, modify, and display it as necessary to provide the Services.

Output from our AI systems is provided "as-is" and we make no claims regarding ownership of AI-generated content. You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI outputs complies with applicable laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUMAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
